Village Realty is a full-service vacation rental manager with over 700 properties on 4o miles of beautiful beaches from Corolla to South Nags Head, North Carolina. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Nags Head, NC, Village Realty acts as a day-to-day steward for vacation property owners providing a full suite of services including property listing, online bookings, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, asset management along with traditional property management. Village Realty OBX also operates a Real Estate Sales department, Hotel Management, and Association Management Division.
